COMMON SCALY FOOT Pygopus lepidopodus 
The Common Scaly Foot (Pygopus lepidopodus) comes in a few colours and varies in pattern. multiple colours and patterns may be found in the same area.
Often their body is a shade of Grey or Brown to Orange, with little or no patterning .

This is one of Australia's largest species of legless lizards.

The Common Scaly Foot (Pygopus lepidopodus) is totally harmless but may rear up and flicker its tongue like a snake if cornered.
